The Opportunity

ROUSSOS is partnering with a number of established Adelaide-based architecture studio known for delivering innovative and highly considered projects throughout South Australia. With continued project wins and a healthy forward workload, these studios are seeking both Registered Architects and Graduates of Architecture to strengthen their teams.

These opportunities offer exposure to a broad range of project types and the chance to work alongside experienced Architects, Interior Designers and studio leaders who are committed to mentoring and professional development.

The Role

This position will suit a technically minded architectural professional who enjoys documentation, coordination and seeing projects progress from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed Revit models and construction documentation
• packagesCoordinating with consultants, contractors and internal project teams
• Assisting in the delivery of projects across hospitality, residential, commercial and education sectors
• Participating in site visits, project meetings and contract administration activities
• Working closely with Architects, Interior Designers and technical staff throughout all project phases
• Contributing to technical solutions and project problem - solving

The Like Mind

We are interested in speaking with Registered Architects or Graduates of Architecture progressing towards registration who enjoy the technical side of architecture and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

You will bring:

• Revit skills and experience producing high-quality technical documentation
• Approximately 4–7 years of local architectural experience
• Exposure to commercial, residential, education or public sector projects
• Knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and construction methodology
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
