Medilaze Surgical is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Manager to help shape the future of urology surgical innovation across ANZ. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical engagement, strategic sales, and cutting‑edge medical technology.

About the Role

As a key commercial leader, the Business Development Manager will drive sustainable growth across an assigned territory, building strong relationships with surgeons, KOLs, theatre teams, and hospital decision‑makers. You’ll translate national strategy into local execution, championing Medilaze Surgical’s portfolio of advanced urology solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Territory Growth & Sales Execution — Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets, identify high‑value accounts, and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
• Clinical Engagement & Education — Support surgeons and nursing teams in theatre, run workshops and demonstrations, and build trust through hands‑on clinical expertise.
• Strategic Planning & Reporting — Contribute to market analysis, competitor insights, and fortnightly team meetings while maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline reporting.

What You Bring

• A proven track record in surgical sales, clinical engagement, or medical device business development
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across diverse clinical and commercial stakeholders
• Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance
• A self‑motivated, accountable, and resilient approach in a fast‑paced environment

Who You’ll Work With

• Reporting to the Sales Director – ANZ
• Collaborating closely with Clinical Nurse Educators, Operations & Marketing, and the broader Sales and Service Team
