What you will do
As justice officer, you will support the day-to-day operations of the justice service centre.
You will provide friendly service while helping people access important information and support.
You will:
- provide timely administrative support and client services
- assist clients and the public with enquiries, applications and information
- manage reception duties and respond to telephone calls in a courteous manner
- complete accurate financial tasks including payments, banking and purchase orders
- maintain comprehensive records while supporting meetings, mail, travel and other administrative needs.
About you
Experience in administration and reception would be an advantage. You should also have strong computer skills and confidence using different systems.
You should also have:
- well-developed computer literacy
- the ability to provide respectful and inclusive service
- a flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills
- sound judgement and the ability to solve problems using established processes.
