We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
Specialising exclusively in luxury residential developments, we have several exciting new projects launching across Melbourne, complete with premium display suites and strong developer partnerships.
* About the Role
- Manage qnd execute sales across high-end residential developments.
- Conduct display suite appointments and purchaser presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and purchasers.
- Work closely with developers and project consultants.
* About You
- Min 4+ years experience in residential property sales.
- Previous off-the-plan or project sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven.
