Our client is a well-established and highly regarded property and development Company with a strong track record of delivering quality projects and long-term growth, now seeking a HR Cordinator to join their team.

The Role

Reporting into the HR team, you will provide administrative and coordination support across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations and compliance activities. This is a junior-level role ideally suited to someone with 1–2 years of HR, People & Culture or administration experience looking to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes, interviews and candidate communications

• Support onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle administration

• Maintain HR records, systems, contracts and documentation

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training and performance review administration

• Provide first-level support for employee HR queries

• Assist with HR reporting, compliance and policy administration

• Support HR projects and initiatives across the business

The Candidate

• 1–2 years' experience in HR, People & Culture or administration

• Exposure to recruitment coordination or HR administration

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, positive attitude with a genuine interest in building a career in HR

• Relevant HR or Business qualification highly regarded
