About Keller
Keller Australia is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Canning Vale, WA. You will provide commercial and contractual support to our project teams across Western Australia.
Working closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers, you will play a key role in contract administration, claims management, cost reporting, forecasting, and subcontract management to help ensure projects are delivered successfully and commercially.
Key responsibilities
- Administering head contracts and subcontracts
- Managing notices, variations, claims, extensions of time, and contractual correspondence
- Supporting project budgeting, cost reporting, and forecasting
- Preparing progress claims and monitoring payments
- Maintaining contract registers and project documentation
- Assisting with subcontract procurement, valuations, and compliance
- Supporting project teams with contractual obligations and commercial risk management
About you
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years' experience in a Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Commercial, or Project Controls role within the construction industry
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of construction contracts, claims, variations, and Security of Payment legislation
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work effectively within a project environment and manage competing priorities
