What you'll do:
- Own the lead qualification framework, determining progression pathways and refining lead quality in partnership with Marketing.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline cadence, owning pipeline reporting and tracking conversion health across all stages.
- Support Partners with sales disciplines, messaging, pitch materials, and deal progression to accelerate opportunities.
- Translate go-to-market strategy into targeted acquisition actions, aligning campaigns with live opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-firm with Clients & Markets, Managed Services, Marketing, and Delivery teams to drive commercial outcomes.
- Design a scalable business development operating model with repeatable sales processes and playbooks.
- Evolve sales motions based on performance data, win/loss insights, and market feedback to continuously improve conversion.
What we're looking for:
- Strong background in business development, sales enablement, or commercial go-to-market roles, preferably in professional services or managed services environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior Partners and managing complex sales processes within structured pipeline governance.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and pipeline management tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Advanced pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion analytics capabilities.
- Strong sales enablement and partner support skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Commercially savvy, highly organised, and action-oriented with resilience in fast-moving environments.
