Senior UX Designer

The focus is on creating meaningful, modern, and accessible experiences that reflect who they are and what they stand for. As part of this passionate and collaborative digital team, you’ll help bring their brand to life across a suite of new websites and online tools.

You’ll have a seat at the table with stakeholders and decision-makers, translating business needs and brand identity into beautifully considered designs. This is a role for someone who’s comfortable leading conversations, asking the right questions, and designing experiences that feel effortless to the end user.

Beyond strong UX expertise, you’ll bring curiosity, empathy, and a desire to make every digital interaction simple, functional, and engaging. If you have experience in service design too, that’s a huge bonus, there’s plenty of scope to influence how experiences connect and flow across touchpoints.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in UX design across complex digital environments or large-scale redesigns
• Confidence working directly with stakeholders to uncover needs and shape solutions
• Experience or interest in service design and journey mapping
