About The Role

An exciting immediate opportunity exists for a Warehouse Storeperson to join our established team at MCC Brisbane, working afternoon shift Monday to Thursday (2pm - 12am). Enjoy the benefit of a 4-day work week, giving you more work-life balance and an extra day off each week while still working full-time hours. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting production by managing stock across the warehouse and storage areas, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career and become an integral part of MCC’s world-class premium label solutions. We can also offer an alternative shift pattern of Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm.

Your duties

• Receive, inspect and manage incoming materials and stock.
• Locate, store and organise goods within the warehouse and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Support production by supplying materials as required.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Perform manual handling tasks as required.
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality at all times.

About You

• Proven warehouse experience is essential.
• Current LF forklift licence required (high reach).
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
• Experience with RF scanning and CERM systems is desirable but not essential.
• IT savvy with the ability to operate basic computer systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transport.
