About Our Client

We're partnering with a well-established global organisation to recruit an Administrator for their Perth office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting clients, coordinating documentation and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager and wider national team, you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations, managing client enquiries, coordinating documentation and ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support across insurance transactions
  • Preparing, issuing and managing documentation relating to insurance matters
  • Coordinating settlement-related processes and monitoring transaction timeframes
  • Managing client, broker, conveyancer and lender enquiries via phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate records within CRM and internal systems
  • Supporting the Perth Business Development Manager with diary management, meeting coordination and client follow-up activities
  • Assisting with reporting, correspondence and general operational support
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction outcomes

The Successful Applicant

We're Interested In Candidates Who Bring

  • Previous experience in administration, client services, legal support, banking, settlements, property or insurance
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and professional approach to stakeholder management
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
