About The Role

Are You a Hospital Pharmacist Who

• Has completed a Foundation Residency Program or has at least two years registered experience in the Australian public hospital environment?

or

• Is practicing at the Consolidation or ANZCAP Registrar level with at least four years registered experience in the Australian public hospital environment?

This position is offered on a permanent full time basis and includes weekend and on call work. Temporary positions may also be available. • Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
