Town Square is our communications platform purpose-built for strata management teams. We replace fragmented, manual processes with smart workflows, automations and AI — helping teams work faster, communicate better, and deliver a better experience to the communities they manage.

About the role
The Head of Town Square has full accountability for performance, direction and growth of the business, with responsibility to set strategy, allocate priorities, align teams, shape market positioning and drive execution across all major functions of the business.
The role is responsible for converting long-term ambition into clear operating plans, measurable outcomes and sustained enterprise value.
Success in this role depends on combining strategic thinking with practical execution, while creating clarity, trust and momentum across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead Town Square as the accountable head of the business, with responsibility for strategic direction, commercial performance, operating rhythm and long-term growth.
- Own the business plan, revenue outcomes, cost discipline and overall performance of Town Square, ensuring resources are deployed effectively against agreed priorities.
- Set and communicate a clear vision for the business, building alignment across product, technology, operations and customer-facing teams.
- Translate market, customer and industry insight into strategic decisions, growth initiatives and product-commercial priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, partners, board-level stakeholders, and key participants across the strata ecosystem.
- Drive go-to-market execution, including positioning, pricing, customer acquisition, onboarding, retention and expansion strategies.
- Ensure Town Square’s value proposition is clearly differentiated and evidenced through measurable customer outcomes and scalable operating performance.
- Oversee governance, reporting and decision-making processes that support disciplined execution, risk awareness and high-quality outcomes.
- Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team and broader business culture focused on accountability, pace, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Represent Town Square internally and externally as the principal leader of the business, building credibility, trust and momentum with stakeholders.
- Support the responsible application of data and AI capabilities in ways that are secure, practical, transparent and aligned to customer trust.
About you

We’re looking for someone who loves building collaboratively, thrives in ambiguity, and has the drive to turn ideas into commercially meaningful ventures.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Proven senior leadership experience running or materially leading a business, division or high-growth software company.
- Demonstrated success with full business accountability, including strategy, commercial performance, operating discipline and team leadership.
- Strong strategic capability, with the ability to move from vision and market insight to practical delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading across multiple functions, including product, technology, sales & customer success.
- Strong commercial acumen supported by experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and business planning.
- Ability to engage confidently with board-level stakeholders, major customers and internal leaders.
- Experience scaling teams, improving execution discipline and building leadership capability in growth-stage environments.
- Experience in strata, property, workflow software, operations technology or related sectors will be highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at board, customer and team levels.
