Job Description
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records across multiple payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Assist with month-end processes and statutory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with the accounting team for payroll-related reconciliations.
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Payroll Officer Will Have
- 2 - 4 years' experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
- High-volume or multi-site payroll experience will be highly regarded.
- Experience across multiple enterprise agreements will be highly regarded.
- Payroll systems experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
