What you'll be doing

  • Customer Relations: Greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy, acting as the first point of contact for all phone and face-to-face enquiries.

  • Sales Support: Assist the New Homes Consultant with client management post-deposit, including attending meetings and taking detailed notes.

  • Pre-Construction Liaison: Coordinate with architects and engineers and gather necessary documentation for building and occupancy permits.

  • Project Tracking: Follow up on contracts, update progress sheets, and enter data into G.J. Gardner Software to keep build schedules on track.

  • Office Coordination: Manage general administration, schedule appointments, order supplies, and maintain a high standard of office presentation.

What you'll bring

  • Proven Administration Experience: Previous experience in an administration role is essential, with a preference for candidates coming from a residential construction or building background.

  • Effective Communication: A professional phone manner and the ability to build rapport with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders.

  • Organisational Excellence: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain accurate project records.

  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Google Suite and capable of quickly adapting to new internal software, CRM systems, and databases.

  • Proactive Attitude: A resourceful self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment.

  • Client Focus: A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and supporting families through their home-building journey.
