Help shape the Ventia Engineering and Professional Services team and play a key role in coordinating and accelerating a major growth and transformation program across the business. This role ensures that a complex portfolio of initiatives operates as a coherent program, rather than a set of disconnected activities.
We are seeking a Manager to lead Project Thrive, our transformational growth program. The role will oversee the integration, sequencing and momentum of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are aligned, prioritised and delivered effectively across the organisation.

About the Role
As Project Thrive Manager, you will be responsible for enabling and accelerating the delivery of strategic growth and transformation initiatives across the business. You will work through existing leaders and teams to ensure initiatives are coordinated, prioritised and delivered effectively.
Additionally, you’ll:
- Oversee the integration and sequencing of multiple initiatives across growth, capability and operating model changes
- Work closely with senior leaders to enable delivery through existing teams, removing barriers and driving progress
- Monitor progress, risks and outcomes across the transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring initiatives remain coordinated and prioritised
- Support executive reporting, providing clear insights, recommendations and decision support
- Support team reporting and progress updates
- Enable effective change and transition of initiatives into business-as-usual operations
About You
You are a strategic and highly organised professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You bring a strong ability to connect strategy with execution and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
You have:
- Experience in transformation, strategy execution or program integration within complex organisations
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than formal authority
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leaders
- Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies and organisational constraints
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear actions
- Strong communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level reporting and insights
