As Doltone House continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic corporate sales team. In this role a Event Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, represent a premium brand and turn enquiries into memorable experiences. Your Main Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective clients to the venue, provide personalised tours and respond to client needs throughout their journey leading up to the event.
- Partner with corporate clients to understand their event goals, business needs and objectives, creating tailored event solutions that exceed expectations.
- Develop tailored proposals and packages, negotiate terms and close sales with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with our Events team to ensure every detail of the client’s special day is perfectly executed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process, creating memorable experiences for clients.
- Represent the brand at showcase events and other promotional opportunities, building relationships and driving new business.
- Attending networking events with the occasional after hours or Saturday events as required.
Your Attributes
- Proven track record in corporate event sales, with the ability to build client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- A relentless focus on delivering exceptional outcomes that exceed client expectations.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships across teams and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence, inspire and engage with confidence.
- Genuine passion for providing outstanding, customer-centric experiences.
Your Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate events, venue sales or hospitality, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and event excellence.
- Proven sales expertise with a track record of turning enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects seamlessly.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence clients at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking ownership of individual sales opportunities.
- A creative and solutions-focused mindset, able to adapt to client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Enthusiasm for representing a premium brand and contributing to its continued growth and success.
