Team Leader Drainage Maintenance & Construction

YOUR ROLE

We’re seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee daily operations of drainage and active transport construction and maintenance works, including stormwater assets, culverts, footpaths, and kerb and gutter. You’ll ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

You will coordinate crews, plant, and materials, manage contractors, and maintain strong WHS practices. The role also involves conducting risk assessments, leading toolbox talks and maintaining accurate records to support compliant project delivery.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)

  • A commencing weekly rate between $1,349 - $1,518 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
  • Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 38-hour working week
