Enrolled Nurse - Community Care

We have a casual opportunity available for Enrolled Nurses supporting our clients within the Rockhampton region.
Your Role
As an Enrolled Nurse you’ll be looking after the most important people in our organisation – our clients. You will support the delivery of high-quality, client-centred care across all age groups within the community, assisting with a range of clinical needs including wound care, medication administration and chronic disease management. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, your tasks will include:
Supporting assessment of client needs and implementation of ongoing care in line with care plans
Providing excellent care and service to clients in accordance with their personalised care plans
Assisting with clinical tasks including medication administration, wound care and routine observations
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal care outcomes
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and organisational standards
Liaising with clients, families and stakeholders to support continuity of care

Role Requirements
Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) and Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
Current National Police Check (with validity in the past 3 years)
Current (P) PAID NDIS Worker Clearance
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Current Queensland driver’s licence
Current CPR Certificate
Good computer and mobile device skills
