Lead Service That Creates Opportunity By
Supporting the Operations Manager in managing a team to deliver high quality services and supports to clients
Build strong relationships with clients, their Circle of Supports, and the team to enhance client planning, goal achievement, choice, voice and decision making
Support the Operations Manager to achieve performance outcomes across client engagement, client planning and outcomes, rostering and on the job capacity building
Support the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports and services across your cluster that promotes client and staff safety and wellbeing and enrich the lives of people with disability
Building strong partnerships with families and stakeholders.
Work with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate and timely intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
Upholding compliance in safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.

Demonstrated leadership experience within the Disability Services sector
Proven ability to coach and support colleagues in developing their skills, capabilities, and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Experience in coordinating daily operations and tasks for a team.
Expertise in preparing plans and documentation focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
An engaged and proactive leader who actively contributes and encourages innovative approaches.
A tertiary qualification, Certificate IV in Community Services, disability, or aged care will be advantageous for success in this role.
