Full-time position based in Broken Hill
The Team Leader provides leadership and guidance and is primarily responsible for the performance of the team. This position requires the willingness to develop effective leadership skills and a positive, proactive and forward-thinking approach to achieving financial, contractual and team KPIs. There will also be times where this position will need to be hands-on assisting case managers in attending to client appointments.
About you.....
We need you to:
- Lead, motivate and support a customer‑focused team, creating a positive and high‑performing culture
- Use your leadership skills to coach, guide and inspire a small team to achieve individual and team targets
- Lead by example, stepping in to support Employment Consultants with participant appointments when needed
- Build strong relationships with employers, stakeholders and community partners to support successful outcomes
- Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, policies and legislation, with support and training provided
- Apply your strong customer service and problem‑solving skills to manage enquiries, complaints and feedback at a local level
- Monitor performance, contribute to reporting, and complete administrative and compliance tasks accurately and on time
- Bring curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm to learn a new industry and grow your career in employment services
