$450 per day incl. super

10-Week Contract

Immediate Start

2-3 Days Per Week in the office (hybrid working) - 38 hour per week role full-time (not part-time)

Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Helpdesk Officer to provide Level 1 support across a Microsoft and Apple environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users, managing devices, and being the go-to person for IT support.

Essential Criteria

Ability to work 2–3 days per week on-site in the Sydney office

Demonstrated experience as a Service Desk operator and a System Administrator within a Microsoft and macOS (Apple) technical environment

Well-developed communication, interpersonal skills and a strong customer service ethic

Demonstrated Level 1 Helpdesk support experience with a track record of high user satisfaction

Demonstrated Windows 11 experience

Experience with administering MS365 environments

Demonstrate ability inside Microsoft Office (especially MS365) and management of it on Windows 11 and macOS

Active Directory, Logon Scripts and Group Policy experience

Installation, configuration, upgrade and troubleshooting experience

Demonstrated high level analytic and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement

Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible team-based environment
