About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) plays a vital role in advancing nursing excellence within the Emergency Department (ED). Working in close partnership with the ED leadership team, the CNE delivers a structured and strategic approach to education that supports high-quality patient care and professional development.

In this leadership role, the CNE provides direction, coordination, and oversight of the ED Clinical Development Nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence. The position is pivotal in driving education initiatives, supporting staff capability, and ensuring best-practice standards across the department.
