Entry Level Administrator

We are looking for a committed, organised candidate who wants to start a career in office support/coordination and who wants to secure a full-time permanent position in administration.

This position will require you to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to begin your day at any time, i.e. 7-3pm / 8-4pm / 9-5pm (after training has been completed)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project support/administration
  • Vehicle planning and resource allocation
  • Vehicle & Plant compliance tracking ( tickets, certifications, insurances etc )
  • Purchasing & PO creation
  • Data entry and document control
  • Support the WHS Manager with compliance documentation
  • Liaising and collaborating with the office team and senior managers to complete various administrative tasks
  • Complete assigned IMS (Integrated Management Systems) forms and registers on time as required

Required Skills and Experience

  • Project support experience desirable but not essential
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia
  • Must have drivers license & access to a vehicle
  • Completed Year 12 or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
  • Flexibility/ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Reliable and committed
  • Quick learner and eagerness to be trained
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, OneDrive) and Gmail, Adobe PDF
  • Interest in the infrastructure industry is desirable but not compulsory
  • Finance/accounting background or current studies, to assist with client invoicing and basic financial administration tasks.
