Due to continued growth, an opportunity now exists for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Competition practice group in Sydney.

This role will be well suited to an organised and proactive administrative assistant who can prioritise and take responsibility for their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support partners to meet deadlines and ensure the smooth running of the practice.
  • Diary and inbox management.
  • Billing, time recording, expense management, and reporting.
  • Preparation of correspondence, emails and other matter related documents.
  • Matter management including opening and closing files, archiving, electronic and physical filing.
  • Assisting with event management and travel bookings.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Advanced knowledge of CMS Aderant Expert or similar finance software.
