Your new role
As a Production Support Officer, you will support the processing of passport applications through a variety of administrative and scanning tasks in a production environment.
In this role, you will:
- Scan passport application forms and supporting documents
- Scan and check passport photos for quality and accuracy
- Sort and manage applications that cannot be processed automatically
- Re-scan rejected or incomplete applications
- Assist with basic admin tasks such as filing, mail sorting, and inbox management
- Support secure handling, storage, and disposal of documents
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where accuracy and efficiency are key.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a structured and process-driven environment and takes pride in producing accurate work.
To be successful, you will have:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and general systems)
- A strong background in scanning in a corporate setting is essential
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
- A high level of reliability, accountability, and discretion
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Resilience and a positive approach to a busy workload
- You must be an Australian Citizen to apply.
- Experience in administration, data entry, or document processing will be highly regarded.
