Job Title: Enterprise Architect – Salesforce (PSS / CRM)

Location: Geelong, VIC (Hybrid) - 2 Times a week

Employment Type: Contract / Fixed Term / Perm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Salesforce (Public Sector Solutions) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce platforms for a major client based in Geelong. This role will play a critical part in shaping the organization’s CRM strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy for Salesforce CRM platforms
• Lead solution design across Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and core CRM capabilities
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architecture
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Provide architectural leadership across integrations, data models, security, and performance
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Guide and mentor solution architects, developers, and technical teams
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and innovations within the Salesforce ecosystem

Key Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong enterprise architecture background
• Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
• Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise CRM programs
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware platforms
• Experience with data architecture, governance, and security frameworks
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect / System Architect / CTA preferred)
• Experience working with government or public sector clients
• Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce environments
