Employment Lawyer / Workplace Investigator — 2 to 8+ PQE — Sydney (Full‑time or Part‑time, Flexible)

Are you an Employment Lawyer or Workplace Investigator? Join our client's dynamic team advising employers across diverse industries.

What you’ll do

  • Advise on employment and industrial relations matters
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies and workplace procedures
  • Lead workplace investigations and support litigation in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court and other tribunals
  • Provide practical workplace and performance advice, including payroll and compliance issues
  • Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships on senior matters (for more senior hires)

What we’re looking for

  • 2–8+ years PAE (applications also welcome from Special Counsel level lawyers)
  • Current practicing certificate
  • Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills
  • Excellent client service, professionalism and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive matters
  • Tech‑comfortable and able to learn case and practice management systems
