System Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical System Analyst to evaluate, design, and implement IT systems that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring efficient system performance and scalability.

Note: Security Clearance(NV1 or Baseline) is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver solutions
• Design system workflows, process maps, and data models
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify risks, issues, and provide mitigation strategies
• Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity
• Maintain system documentation and provide user training/support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of system analysis, design, and implementation
• Experience with business process modeling and requirement gathering
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data analysis
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
