About the Role

As a Sales Performance & Insights Analyst, and under the wing of an experienced Sales Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the Sales Incentive program across our Residential sales teams, and act as a business analyst in translating large data sets into actionable insights. Whether it's interpreting data or developing powerful dashboard visualisations and reports, you will be a key player in driving improvements in revenue and KPIs for the Residential team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the Residential Sales Incentive Program end-to-end, including target setting, performance reporting, and incentives calculations.
  • Contribute to the overall Sales Performance Framework, covering Reporting, Incentives, Target Setting, and Governance.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to provide strategic and tactical input and recommendations based on data and insights.
  • Develop and maintain new reports and scalable dashboards (e.g., in Tableau) for sales revenue, performance tracking, and strategic storytelling across the sales teams.
  • Develop new tactical reports that enable uncovering future risks and opportunities.
  • Run regular forecast meetings and provide associated analysis and storytelling to key stakeholders.
  • Use a range of data sources to uncover actionable insights and prioritise opportunities accordingly.
  • Be involved in and support Domain sales-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideally You'll Have

ESSENTIALS:

  • Experience in an analytical field, insights, or commercial performance role.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and inform strategy development.
  • Advanced Excel skills and high-level Tableau experience (e.g. complex dashboards and reports).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable to present complex data to non-data people.
  • Curious, self-motivated and high attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Bachelors degree in a highly analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Commerce, Engineering).
  • Experience querying data using SQL.
