About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions across key corporate platforms. The role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define solution architectures that align with strategic objectives, ensuring scalability, security, integration, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have strong experience across corporate systems such as ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, and related enterprise applications, with a solid understanding of business processes across Human Resources, Finance, and Risk functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise and corporate systems initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership across platforms such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, HR, Finance, and Risk systems.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, governance frameworks, and strategic roadmaps.
• Lead solution design workshops and architecture reviews with business and technical stakeholders.
• Assess current-state applications and recommend improvements, modernization opportunities, and integration strategies.
• Work closely with project teams to support solution implementation and successful delivery outcomes.
• Produce and maintain architecture artefacts, including solution designs, integration patterns, data flows, and technical roadmaps.
• Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations to support business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within large and complex enterprise environments. Strong experience with corporate platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of business processes across HR, Finance, Risk, and corporate services domains.
• Experience designing integrated solutions across multiple enterprise applications and technology platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
• Experience working within architecture governance frameworks and enterprise architecture practices.
• Ability to balance business requirements, technical constraints, security considerations, and operational needs.

Desirable Experience

• Prior experience working within the energy or utilities sector is highly desirable.
• Understanding of energy market operations, regulatory environments, and corporate systems within large enterprises.
• Experience within critical infrastructure, government, or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms, cloud technologies, and data architecture concepts.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification is desirable.
