ABOUT THE ROLE
Greenfields opportunity – shape and launch a new customer engagement and loyalty program from the ground up.
We’re looking for a passionate and commercially minded Loyalty Program Lead who is based in Melbourne to join our team on a 12-month contract and take our new customer recognition and rewards program from concept to market.
In this high-impact role, you’ll report to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing & Loyalty and collaborate closely with our marketing, digital, and commercial teams. You’ll take full ownership of the loyalty program journey, designing, delivering, optimising, and measuring a program that truly connects with customers and drives results.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a new loyalty program including value proposition, benefits and experiences
- Own the loyalty program roadmap, aligning with brand, customer and commercial objectives
- Partner with Digital & Technology team to deliver program features, rewards and engagement mechanics
- Work with the marketing team to drive acquisition, engagement and retention through targeted and relevant campaigns
- Collaborate with commercial partners to unlock value and integrated program opportunities
- Use customer data and insights to monitor, analyse, optimise and report on program performance, continuously improving the experience
- Act as the internal champion for the program, driving alignment across teams and touchpoints
- Manage end-to-end delivery of loyalty initiatives, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and thrive on building new initiatives that make an impact.
You’ll bring
- 5–7+ years’ experience in marketing, membership or customer loyalty roles
- Proven experience designing or managing loyalty, membership, rewards or customer engagement programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex marketing or customer engagement programs end-to-end
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable presenting to a range of stakeholders including internal project teams, senior management, commercial partners and vendors
- Experience working with agencies, partners or vendors
Bonus points for
- Experience in sport, entertainment, retail, hospitality or subscription-based businesses
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms, marketing automation systems or broader Martech ecosystems
