Be Scene Agency is looking for a Paid Ads Creative Strategist to join our growing team.

This is not a graphic design or social media role. We're looking for someone who understands consumer psychology, storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling and buy.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for client accounts
• Create ad concepts, hooks and campaign ideas
• Research competitors and winning ads
• Write ad copy and UGC briefs
• Analyse ad performance and creative trends
• Work alongside our Meta and Google Ads team

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has marketing, advertising or ecommerce experience
• Understands Meta advertising
• Is a strong copywriter
• Loves consumer psychology and storytelling
• Is highly organised and proactive
• Doesn't use AI to write all their ad copy.
