About The Role
To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional communication and presentation skills, be adept at wearing multiple hats as well as experience working on large programs of scale. This project is fast paced, with tight deadlines so it is essential that you thrive in a pressured environment and can demonstrate resilience and flexibility.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible and accountable for managing flow, sequencing, slicing and velocity of work. Support backlog management. Drives removal of impediments. Monitors Squad performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Manage 2/3 squads’ scope and deliverables to ensure program timelines are being achieved.
- Responsible for facilitating workshops and events, including Quarterly Planning Events and Tribe Release Planning.
- Responsible for ensuring squad is compliant with appropriate governance and practices.
- Responsible for squad level reporting, managing RAID.
- Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritise work through the backlog, ensuring work is tracked and progressing and that there is an appropriate balance across Squad members.
- Work with Scrum Masters / Platform Delivery Leads / Program Tribe leadership to sequence work and manage dependencies across squads and tribes.
- Ensure a high-level understanding of what the squads’ are delivering and manage squad scope and deliverables to ensure program timelines are being achieved.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ Scrum Master/Project Management experience working on large programs of scale within large enterprise environments
- Previous experience using Agile in a large complex environment, with a deep understanding of the core principles of agile methodology.
- A background in Finance would be advantageous
- Understand the long-terms goals of the squad, and how they deliver to those goals on a sprint-by-sprint basis.
- Strong delivery skills and ability to clearly define project objectives, benefits, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience in managing geographically dispersed team, including offshore
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to develop trust and credibility with executive level through to the squad.
