Data Migration & Test Coordinator

Are you an experienced professional looking for your next challenge? A great opportunity has arisen for a Data Migration and Test Coordinator to join an enterprise project transformation on a contract basis until 31st December 2026. In this dynamic role, you will report to the Project Technical Lead and take responsibility for managing the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity. You will play a key part in a major transition to a next-generation SAP S/4HANA cloud-based platform, modernising and streamlining core processes.

What You Will Do

• Develop test strategies and plans: Lead the creation of test strategies, scheduling, and reporting processes in collaboration with business owners to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end data migration: Manage the secure and accurate transfer of data to the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment, monitoring mapping and transformation processes.
• Execute testing activities: Develop and execute detailed plans and test cases to validate data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across the project.
• Manage defect resolution: Follow strict testing protocols to record, analyse, prioritise, and resolve defects, while reporting progress and risks to key stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure compliance: Coordinate with business units to understand data requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Proven migration experience: Demonstrated success in managing data migration and validation processes for large-scale ERP or financial system transitions.
• Technical methodology expertise: Strong knowledge of data cleansing, data mapping, and data transformation methodologies.
• Testing coordination skills: Proven experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• SAP project experience: Prior experience working on SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA public cloud migration projects or an equivalent transition.
• Relevant qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
