Land Manager

An established renewable energy client is seeking an experienced Land Manager to support the origination and early-stage development of projects across Australia.

This is a key hire within a growing team, working across multiple client portfolios with a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

Responsibilities

• Lead land identification and site origination for renewable projects
• Conduct site assessments
• Manage land access negotiations, option agreements and stakeholder engagement with landholders and communities
• Work across multiple client projects and workstreams

About you

• Experience in renewable energy projects across land, development or origination
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to negotiate with landowners
• Technically capable in site screening and GIS (ArcGIS preferred)
• Comfortable with travel across eastern states
