Role Purpose-

The Project Manager will serve as the primary client representative, partnering with the consulting team to coordinate stakeholders, remove internal blockers, facilitate decision-making, and ensure timely access to information and resources required to complete the discovery.

Required Experience-

• Proven Project Management experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and competing priorities.
• Mining, industrial, or operational business experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities-

• Act as the single point of contact between client stakeholders and the consulting team.
• Coordinate engagement across the four key business and technology teams involved in the assessment.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and information-gathering activities.
• Ensure timely access to stakeholders, documentation, systems, and existing solutions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and support decision-making.
• Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, dependencies, and internal blockers.
• Escalate issues and conflicts where required to maintain project momentum.
• Support governance activities, status reporting, and steering committee engagement.
• Champion the objective of defining a scalable One solution.
