The Opportunity

You’ll step into a role where the brand does a lot of the heavy lifting—opening doors, creating trust, and accelerating deal cycles.

The sales team is tight-knit (around 10), high-performing, and genuinely collaborative, with consistently strong feedback on leadership, culture, and overall experience (reflected in excellent Glassdoor ratings).

This role has opened due to an internal transition—the current enterprise sales leader is stepping into a broader leadership role after maternity leave.

This is a permanent position, with clear opportunity to grow as the business continues to scale.

You’ll be selling into a diverse customer base (banks, retailers, enterprise organisations), engaging senior stakeholders and driving meaningful commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio across mid-market & enterprise clients
  • Drive new business and expansion opportunities
  • Close strategic deals typically in the $50K–$100K+ range
  • Represent the brand at events, networking, and industry forums
  • Engage senior stakeholders with a consultative, solution-led approach
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and leadership on deal strategy

What Makes You a Fit

  • Proven track record closing deals in the $50K–$100K+ range
  • Strong full-cycle SaaS sales experience (mid-market or enterprise)
  • Background in AdTech, MarTech, PR, or Communications is advantageous (not essential)
  • Polished, credible, and confident in front of senior stakeholders
  • Strong sales methodology—able to qualify, build champions, and close
  • Consultative and commercially sharp, with the ability to uncover real problems
