Customer Success Manager - AI Supply Chain SaaS

Are you an experienced Customer Success Manager ready to make a significant impact? Our client is a globally expanding tech vendor wanting to add a dedicated and proactive CSM to join the team. As a key member of their expanding team, you'll be instrumental in shaping client relationships and ensuring their long-term success with our innovative AI solution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, with a focus on the retail and e-commerce sectors.
  • Drive adoption and value by understanding client business objectives and challenges to ensure they achieve success with their AI Supply Chain solution.
  • Proactively manage customer health and engagement, identifying and mitigating risks to reduce churn.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI, share best practices, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like sales, product, and support to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to our product teams to help guide future development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and health metrics in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to effectively advise clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Experience working with clients in the retail and e-commerce industries is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.
