About the Role

We’re seeking a TechnologyOne Business Analyst (contract) to support a procurement‑focused transformation project with a Federal Government client based in Canberra.

This is a hands‑on delivery role, where you’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, analyse procurement processes, and support the implementation of TechnologyOne solutions.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring procurement workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned to best practice — contributing to meaningful transformation outcomes within a government environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Gather and document business requirements across procurement and finance functions
  • Facilitate workshops to capture current and future state processes
  • Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for TechnologyOne
  • Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities
  • Analyse procurement workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to support successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Business Analyst within technology or ERP delivery environments
  • Exposure to TechnologyOne or similar ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, or finance processes
  • Proven requirements gathering and workshop facilitation experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in structured or government delivery environments
