Our high-performing business is looking for talented individual to join us as a Motor Assessor. This role provides fantastic exposure, as you’ll work with diverse internal & external stakeholders, including key brokers and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Assess and quantify motor claims in a timely and cost‑effective manner, ensuring safe and compliant repair outcomes.
  • Apply industry and manufacturer‑approved repair methods to determine fair and appropriate claim settlements
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with a group of suppliers
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience, including supporting customers experiencing vulnerability with empathy and care.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification/s in Motor Repair Trades (spray painting, mechanic or panel beating)
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Experience in Insurance Motor Vehicle Loss Assessing and Claims (highly desirable
