WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...
We’re on the lookout for a SDR to play a key role in driving the next phase of our agency’s growth. If you love outbound prospecting, know how to turn inbound interest into genuine opportunities, and thrive on building strategic referral partnerships, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for generating and converting leads through multiple channels, managing a healthy pipeline of new business, and working towards clear revenue goals, closing recurring monthly revenue and building a new pipeline each month. You’ll follow up consistently with marketing-qualified leads and active deals to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This is a hands-on sales role, perfect for someone who’s proactive, people-driven, and laser-focused on results. You’ll work closely with our marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from first contact through to onboarding. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
- Previous experience in an SDR position within a service based industry
- Knowledge or keen interest in the digital landscape
- A successful track record of generating new business required
- Confident liaising with clients and senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks effectively
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for driving business growth
