Location: Parramatta, NSW

Work Type: 6 Months Contract with potential extension or permanency

Join a leading organisation in the financial services sector as a Contact Centre Officer supporting customer and member enquiries. This is a full-time opportunity working rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

You will begin with a structured onsite training period (minimum 4 weeks), followed by a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound enquiries and provide accurate information
  • Manage outbound customer contact and support campaigns
  • Handle correspondence and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and update member details
  • Meet KPIs, SLAs and service standards
  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Proven experience in a contact centre environment
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident handling customer enquiries and escalations
  • Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

Working Conditions

  • Full time rotating roster (8 hour shifts between 8am to 6pm)
  • 5 days onsite during initial training period
  • Hybrid model after training (minimum 2 days onsite weekly)
