currently an exciting opportunity available as an Administrative and Sales Support to provide a professional and courteous service as ‘first point’ of contact to our business. This is done through face to face contact, telephone and email contact.

The purpose of the position is to provide support to the stations sales team and provide general office administrative support for the effective everyday operations of the station. This role supports the sales team as well as provides general administrative support for the station, front office and General Manager.

About The Role

  • Assist the Sales team with preparing proposals, agreements, sales report and presentations.
  • Efficiently and accurately process advertising bookings generated by the Sales team and/or as instructed by the Sales Manager of General Manager. Liaise and coordinate with the Radio Ad Operations team to ensure that bookings have been entered correctly.
  • Ensure all Material Instructions and creative briefs/scripts are prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
  • In conjunction with Promotions, assist the station to organise and book promotional activities, including outside broadcasts.
  • Provide local support with finance processes (AP/AR)

About You

  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office
  • Working knowledge of graphic and presentation software such a CANVA and PowerPoint
  • The ability to work to deadlines. Working experience within the media industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
