About The Role

We have a great opportunity for a strategic, agile leader to make a meaningful impact ensuring exceptional, compassionate care for all our residents in our well-established Nellie Melba Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill, Melbourne. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the operations of our largest Australian village with over 700 residents and over 350 team members, with our village encompassing independent living, serviced apartments and residential care.

About You

With a strong background in people management of large, multidisciplinary teams, you'll have proven experience in leading and developing engaged and motivated teams. You’ll naturally build meaningful relationships through your positivity and approachability, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Your professionalism, high energy and resilience are matched by your excellent problem solving and communication skills, and you'll bring proven financial acumen to support sound decision-making and enhance village performance.
