Program Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to join our PMO and play an important role in ensuring efficient feedback tracking and timely delivery on a 12-month fixed term contract.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to manage and track feedback across a large, complex program. You’ll ensure all feedback on project documentation is captured, assigned and progressed through to response, with clear ownership and deadlines in place. Working closely with the PMO, Program Director and stakeholders, you’ll keep feedback cycles running smoothly, provide clear reporting on progress, risks and delays, and help maintain strong processes and visibility across the program.

About You

You are an organised Program or Project Coordinator (or senior administrator) with experience supporting complex programs, ideally in a PMO. You’re confident managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and holding others to account. You’re strong in Excel and comfortable tracking and reporting data, with excellent communication skills that let you work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You’re a team player who stays calm under pressure, handles challenges with professionalism and isn’t afraid to ask for support when needed.
