DevSecOps Engineer

DWS is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer for a high-visibility, technically challenging program of work. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys building, optimising and securing modern CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments. You will work closely with delivery teams to uplift pipeline reliability, performance and security across critical applications.

To be considered for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Holding Baseline security clearance is highly desirable, however candidates eligible to obtain Baseline clearance are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will bring

• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing application-side CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML-based)
• Significant experience working with DevSecOps toolchains, including Azure DevOps, JFrog (Artifactory/Xray) and SonarQube or similar
• Strong experience supporting .NET-based applications, including containerised services, SPAs and Azure-hosted solutions
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimise and improve pipeline performance, reliability and security
• Very strong knowledge of secure software delivery practices and embedding security controls into CI/CD pipelines
• A solid understanding of networking, security controls and governance practices across on‑prem, cloud or enterprise environments
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to take on complex technical challenges
