Your Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our senior executive team for a 12 month contract This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage complex schedules, coordinate key projects, and act as a trusted partner to executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You play a critical role in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and one other exec leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Act as the primary point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage and prioritise incoming requests, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, events, and presentations, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support project management initiatives by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional teams as needed.
- Mentor a team of Executive Assistants nationally, helping drive a high performing Administrative function
Who are you?
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership in a media, marketing, or communications environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
