About The Role

What does good leadership reasoning actually look like — and can AI get it right? We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help answer that question. As part of this project, you'll evaluate AI-generated scenarios rooted in organizational behavior, team dynamics, and executive decision-making — and your expert feedback will directly shape how AI understands the art and science of management.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role powered by Alignerr (powered by Labelbox), working alongside top AI research teams on meaningful, cutting-edge work.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
• Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
• Identify flawed assumptions, unrealistic outcomes, or weak decision-making logic
• Provide structured, expert feedback that improves how AI models think through managerial tradeoffs
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, at your pace

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong grounding in organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management practice
• Skilled at evaluating complex decision-making and articulating what makes reasoning strong or weak
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and delivering clear, actionable feedback
• Self-directed and reliable — you meet deadlines without needing hand-holding

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• Real-world leadership, operations, or people management experience
• Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or annotation workflows
