Salary Range: LGO3 ( $75,396 - $81,390 per annum + superannuation) based on skills, qualifications and experience

About The Role

Support the delivery of essential business operations through a mix of administration, financial processing and project support activities. You’ll manage tasks such as purchase requisitions, invoice payments, reconciliations and record keeping, while also assisting the team with project support for continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll provide timely support on business and financial activities, contribute to shared team objectives, and build strong working relationships while delivering a high standard of customer service both internally and externally.

About You

  • Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) with 3–5 years’ experience in administration, finance or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial and business systems, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools.
  • Strong financial literacy and ability to support team budget and business enquiries.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
