Rate guidance
Maximum rate: $145.56/hour including super
Azooa recommends bidding below the maximum rate to improve competitiveness and increase the chances of securing the role.
As a guide:
- Lower end: stronger chance of winning
- Mid-range: competitive where the candidate has strong Defence, DevOps, full stack, data visualisation or secure environment experience
- Higher end / near maximum: less competitive unless specialist experience, active clearance, Defence domain knowledge or strong technical alignment justifies the rate
Higher rates may still be considered where niche skills, current clearance, Defence delivery experience, or strong G0 Fusion / data platform alignment outweigh rate competitiveness.
Please provide your expected hourly rate including super.
